Obama's Satan Sandwich
Rep. Emanuel Cleaver described the federal debt deal as a Satan sandwich this week. “There is nothing inside this sandwich that the major religions of the world will say deals with protection for the poor, the widows, the children,”
Well, Democrats generally say: "We have given much and received nothing in return. The lesson today is that Republicans can hold their breath long enough to get what they want."
IMO: I described on Sunday, January 24, 2010, "USA's Pact With Satan" which appears to be part of Republican spin. Seems that it was claimed by Republicans that Obama thanked Satan for his success and indeed a video to that end was provided. How long must we say "Fox News is to blame for all this poverty and corruption ?" Until the Republcans have filled their boots, seemingly, and for that we have to wait for the Rapture. I would have hoped for better legislation to prevent these situations which cannot really merit anyone.
