Will he be expected to be retried in Scotland, or in Libya - or at all?
IMO: Perhaps a more interesting matter than one may imagine. This is because he may have been simply the stooge or front for the main players - in Syria. Post script: On listening to LBC - extraordinary rendition ro GITMO ?
