Entire length of US-Mexico border to be patrolled by unmanned drones
IMO: Sounds like a good idea, could iron out the bugs for conflicts like Afghanistan and Pakistan too. They could probably need the armoured dogs there as well, though.
Added later: If dogs are hard to train, they could use a modified EATR to dispose of the terrorists.
