Patricia Hewitt
In a staggering move the board of Eurotunnel have voted to make the disgraced Patricia Hewitt a director. Even after her fifty grand golden goodbye, Hewitt is not content with just being a director of Boots, BT, Cinven and Barclays. She shamelessly lists her government roles on the proposed motion being put to shareholders in May.
IMO: Shocking ! This seems to bear all the hallmarks of clumsy corruption. I really do not think the present UK Govt is any worse than the precious Tory administration, but after the UK "Telegraph" disclosures on parliamentary swindles, it is probable that the electorate should seriously demand an improvement in voting procedures at elections VERY SOON.
