Blair entrusts policy to peace, love and harmony
A top-secret memo seen by The Sunday Telegraph, reveals Tony Blair and his senior officials have drawn up an extraordinary "wish list" of how they would like to see the world looking just 10 years from now.
IMO: The 'Sunday Telegraph' has a moderately good reputation for accuracy. Blair's previous record, locally and internationally, would suggest that this 'wish list' has only faint hopes, even if it were wanted in the first place. All this casts strong doubts over Whitehall and the Govt, even bearing in mind that the paper in which it was found can in fairness be considered often almost maliciously pro-Tory.
